When using DoveHero’s email, WhatsApp, or messaging features:

• Consent Required: You are responsible for ensuring that recipients have explicitly opted in or otherwise legally consented to receive your messages.

• No Spam: We prohibit unsolicited bulk messaging or spam. Violations may result in account suspension or termination.

• Authentic Identity: You must not impersonate individuals, brands, or use misleading sender names or subject lines.  

• Sending Limits: We may enforce rate limits or throttling to protect sender reputation and comply with third-party service guidelines (e.g., Gmail limits).

• Content Quality: Messages must comply with applicable laws and not include harmful, deceptive, or illegal content.

• Unsubscribe Mechanism: All email communications must include a clear and working opt-out method. DoveHero offers built-in unsubscribe management tools to support compliance.

• Bounce and Complaint Monitoring: We monitor deliverability, spam complaints, and bounce rates. Excessive issues may lead to account review.

We reserve the right to suspend or investigate accounts that violate this policy to protect our infrastructure and the deliverability of all users.

Google Integration Policy

DoveHero offers integrations with Google Workspace products, such as Gmail and Google Calendar, to enhance your workflow. These integrations are optional and require your explicit consent during setup.

Here’s how we use Google user data:

1. Gmail Access: If authorized, we may:

• Read message metadata (e.g., subject, timestamp, sender/recipient) for CRM syncing

• Allow you to send and receive emails within the DoveHero platform

• Log communication history for lead and deal tracking

1. Calendar Access: If granted, we may:

• Sync meetings and events to DoveHero’s scheduling tools

• Suggest available time slots for client booking

• Provide AI-powered scheduling assistance

Data Handling & Storage:

• We do not store email or calendar content beyond what is necessary to provide the service.

• We do not access or use your Gmail content for advertising or unrelated purposes.

• All data access and handling comply with Google API Services User Data Policy and the OAuth 2.0 verification process.

You may revoke access at any time through your Google Account settings or within your DoveHero account under “Integrations.”
